1. Thought Leadership and Networking with Other Vetted Industry Specialists
Your knowledge and experience are valuable assets to investors. By sharing these assets, you're helping to enhance awareness of your sector while also gaining insight into emerging technologies, trends and investment themes.
As our business evolves, we expect to expand our service to include seminars, roundtable discussions, and other themed events designed to match clients' interests with presentations by consultants in our network. As a further benefit to those in the Vantage network, we anticipate providing opportunities for consultants to network with peers within and across each of our verticals.
2. Monetary Compensation
You are paid for every call in which you participate as a consultant with a client within our network. Rates are determined by your credentials and your demand for services.
3. No Need to Prospect for Consulting Assignments
Because Vantage handles the marketing to clients, you can spend your time on revenue-generating activities, higher-level engagements and value creation.
4. Total Control of Commitment
You are under no obligation to accept any assignment. If your time does not allow, or you are uncomfortable with a topic, you may decline an engagement. If you do begin a conversation and are uncomfortable with a question or topic, you can and should halt a conversation mid-session.
5. Confidentiality
Vantage's policy is to provide your name to clients only when you meet the requirements for a proposed consultation. In turn, you agree to keep your membership in Vantage confidential. You will only be contacted by the Vantage staff in order to establish client discussions or to provide updated information to Vantage.
6. Stringent Attention to the Highest Standards of Conduct
Transparency and compliance are the cornerstones of our offering. Prior to your first meeting with clients, you will be required to complete an online 20-30 minute training course regarding restrictions on discussing material, non-public information. The training is designed to assist you in distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate discussions. In addition, clients will receive guidance from Vantage regarding what topics and/ or questions would be appropriate or inappropriate during a consultation.
